Ken Neuhoff, CGR, a native of North Carolina, graduated from East Carolina University and moved to Raleigh in 1990. Since 1999, Ken and his team have grown the business on proven building techniques and practices, solid business management skills and a keen eye for detail that sets him apart. While not running the business, Ken enjoys an active lifestyle with his family participating in all types of fitness activities. The North Carolina coast is another favorite retreat for Ken, his wife and their pets. Ken also enjoys volunteering with Habit for Humanity on construction projects through his church.
About Ryan Beverly, Partner
Ryan Beverly, LGC, born in Raleigh and raised in Wake Forest, North Carolina. Ryan graduated from the Construction Management program at East Carolina University in 2010. Raised in a family of small business owners, Ryan possesses the skills necessary to efficiently orchestrate any job, from beginning to end. His constant communication and frequent site visits ensure the project is exemplary. When not on jobsites and managing projects, Ryan enjoys spending time with his wife and family, weightlifting and golfing.
David Warren
After proudly serving our country in the Navy as a submariner, David graduated from NC State University with both a bachelor’s and master’s degree in civil engineering. David has over two decades of experience as a licensed general contractor and brings an unparalleled level of expertise to every project. Whether it's managing complex residential remodeling or overseeing commercial construction, his attention to detail and commitment to excellence ensure exceptional results. When he’s not on-site, you'll find him logging miles as a private pilot, pounding the pavement as a distance runner, or cheering on the NC State Wolfpack!
Megan Ryan
Megan, a Raleigh native and graduate of Meredith College with a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design, brings over 10 years of design experience to her work. As a former business owner, she has honed her keen eye for design, blending an eclectic style with the ability to capture her clients' unique visions. When not immersed in design projects, Megan enjoys spending quality time with her daughter and embracing the outdoors through camping, hiking, and cycling.
